Born in Ireland, Kate graduated in 2011 with a Joint Honors Degree in Education and Psychology. Having worked as a primary teacher for 13 years, Kate witnessed first hand the therapeutic and empowering affect of arts education on her students before turning her hand to teaching herself acrylic pour painting. Her work has developed in new and exciting directions over the past five years to include resin pouring and incorporating various media into her works.

Kate draws her inspiration from her daily internal and external life. A native of Wicklow, she is enthused and inspired by the beautiful Garden county.
